The Holy Wrath of God

In 2 Peter 2:4–10, Peter demonstrates through the judgment of fallen angels, the flood, and Sodom and Gomorrah that God’s wrath against sin is holy, righteous, just, and certain, particularly toward false teachers who lead others astray. Yet God faithfully rescues His people, and through Jesus Christ, who willingly bore the wrath sinners deserve, all who repent and trust in Him can find salvation, mercy, and eternal life.
