The Lord Has Heard

Psalm 6 shows David modeling faith-filled lament and faith-filled hope, teaching us to turn first to the Lord in seasons of grief, suffering, and uncertainty and to trust His character even if our circumstances have not changed. Because of God’s lovingkindness ultimately revealed in Christ, believers can have confidence that the Lord hears our cries, receives our prayers, and will bring His good purposes to completion.
