Our Willing Savior

What are we to think of sickness, disease, and death? Why do these things affect Christians? What are we to think when God allows or even sends these things to us? In Matthew 8:1-17, we see three pictures of the Savior who is willing and able to heal. The healings He displayed were for a purpose and they pointed to the fact that nothing is impossible for our great God. Though we are quick to pray for healing, what else could we ask of God when we experience physical trials? What could God be doing in and through our difficulties?
