God Doesn't Want You to Text Him

Do you regularly stop to think about the fact that the God of the universe wants you to talk with Him? Picking up on this reality, Jesus takes the time to teach us how we can go about beginning those conversations. In Matthew 6:1-18, Jesus not only addresses prayer, He instructs us on the much broader issue of how we should go about practicing our righteousness. The greatest reward we can receive is from the Lord and not from men, so, how we give, how we pray - how we do anything that accompanies the life of righteousness should not be done to impress others but to please God. God is after our hearts! Is it your heart to give God your heart?
